Tricia Witty

Tricia Witty is an experienced management consultant and advisor currently serving as an Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners since December 2024. Prior to this role, Witty held various positions at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 2016 to December 2024, including Managing Director and Director of the Portfolio Management Team, focusing on strategy and value creation for North American investments. Witty also served as a Senior Principal within the same team. Earlier career experience includes management roles at McKinsey & Company from 2011 to 2016 and leadership positions at Celestica from 2001 to 2011, where significant contributions included establishing the Healthcare Business Unit and overseeing operations in Monterrey, Mexico. Witty holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University. Board memberships include Shearer's Foods, Arterra Wines Canada, Orgain, and NVISION.
