John Weaver

John Weaver is an experienced entrepreneur and mentor with a strong background in technology and business development. Currently serving as a Featured Client at eschbach since January 2017, Weaver focuses on enhancing production team efficiency through improved information sharing and collaboration. As the Founder and CEO of Varsity Software, Inc. since June 2010, Weaver provides clients with innovative technology solutions. Weaver also mentors startups at Princeton University's eLab Summer Accelerator, fostering emerging talent. Previous roles include Co-Founder at Reunion Technologies, LLC. and Chief Information Officer/Vice President at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Weaver has a proven track record in strategic decision-making and technology implementation, having held key positions at Elektra Records, where responsibilities included managing IT policies for Warner Music Group. Weaver holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University.
