Tessa Quandt+

Tessa Quandt is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong background in environmental technology and international relations. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at VARTA AG, Tessa has previously held roles such as Sustainability Manager and Project Manager in sustainability at the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure in the UAE. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Environmental Specialist at Core Alliance, alongside an internship at Allianz. Tessa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology and International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and Vienna University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic and International Relations from the University of Westminster.
