Previously, Nicole held the role of Site Administrator at Arizona's Children Association and Chief Operating Officer at Arizona Counseling & Treatment Services/Assurance/Community Partners Integrated Health for over a decade. Nicole's extensive experience in executive positions focuses on clinical operations within behavioral health, emphasizing policy implementation, team leadership, and enhancing service delivery for vulnerable populations, particularly in rural Arizona. Nicole holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma.
