Sabine Claes

Sabine Claes has extensive experience in HR management and consulting. Sabine is currently working as the HR Director Vasco Group a.i. at VASCO Benelux. Prior to this, they owned their own HR consultancy firm, SMCC Consulting BV. Sabine also held the position of HR Manager EMEA, India and Russia at JLG Industries, where they provided leadership in team member engagement, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. Sabine Claes has also served as a Rechter in Sociale Zaken at Arbeidsrechtbank Antwerpen, afdeling Limburg. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at Sharp Services and as an HR Business Partner at Staples Solutions. Sabine has been involved in various companies, providing HR and business support.

Sabine Claes holds a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from HOBOH, which they completed in 1993. Sabine also has a Master's degree in Psychology from Open Universiteit Maastricht, which they obtained in 2007. In addition, Sabine Claes has a certification in Thomas International PPA/STA DISC.
