Bas van Valburg is an experienced Commercial Director at Vascobelo, overseeing sales, project management, and team development in the Netherlands and Belgium since March 2018. With a strong focus on key account management, new business development, and marketing propositions, Bas has played a pivotal role in enhancing the Vascobelo brand experience. Prior to Vascobelo, Bas enjoyed a lengthy career in hockey, representing various clubs at a high level, including KHC Dragons and Royal Antwerp Hockey Club. Additional professional experience includes marketing support roles and project-focused internships in the sports and hospitality sectors. Bas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, with a focus on sport marketing and management from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg.
