Andrea M. Grimes

Andrea joined VasoHealthcare in September 2011 and is responsible for general human resources management, implementation, and oversight for Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruiting/Hiring, Onboarding, and key leadership for ongoing compliance activities. Andrea is the key leader behind the “My VHC” programs and is responsible for continuing to bring efficiencies and value to all VasoHealthcare employees.

Prior to joining VasoHealthcare, Andrea worked at American Express in several Human Resources roles including Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Consultant, and Human Resources Manager supporting the Card and Travel divisions. Andrea specializes in the areas of Teambuilding, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and Talent Development. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience and has also achieved her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Andrea has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Counseling for Business and Industry.
