Victoria Allegretto has worked in various roles in the past seven years. In 2018, they took on the role of Training and Development Manager at Vaspian, where they were responsible for creating and overseeing training and development curriculum from the bottom up, developing new processes, evaluating compliance, and assisting leadership in achieving and setting goals. Victoria also took on a project to build a training/troubleshooting curriculum for employees, which included multimedia sources and required ease/mobility for accessing. From 2016-2018, they worked at FedEx Office as a Customer Service Representative, delivering polite, expert customer service, creating complete customer solutions, and assisting with monthly safety audits. From 2013-2016, they worked at American Eagle Outfitters, taking on various roles including Manager in Training, Sales Lead, Stock Lead, and Sales Associate. In their Manager in Training role, they were responsible for keeping up to date with the business acumen, creating a daily forecast, driving KPI's, and recruiting and on-boarding quality associates. As a Sales Lead, they were responsible for opening and closing procedures, learning about business/management on a store level, and auditing processes. As a Stock Lead, they were responsible for processing shipments, regulating product that went to the floor, and communicating any needs with the management team. As a Sales Associate, their focus was on customer satisfaction and experience, which they achieved through product knowledge and information on in-stores and online exclusives.

Victoria Allegretto graduated from Harbor Creek High School in 2012 with a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
