Prior professional experience includes working as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young from September 1988 to September 1991, specializing in financial audits across various industries. William holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from UCLA.
