Danielle Antoniazzi

Danielle Antoniazzi, MPA, CPTD, currently serves as the Senior Learning & Development Partner at Hackensack Meridian Health, where responsibilities include identifying skill and knowledge gaps and providing leadership and mentoring to Learning & Development Partners. Previously, Danielle held the role of Learning Management Specialist at Atlantic Health System, facilitating new hire orientations and enhancing training content. With a robust educational background that includes a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Administration from Rutgers University–Newark and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global, Danielle also possesses experience in workforce planning, analytics, and human resources, exemplified by the development of a comprehensive employee handbook and training presentations during an internship.
