Belinda Guthrie

Belinda Guthrie currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Vassar College since October 2021. With a robust background in institutional equity and Title IX compliance, Guthrie has also been an Affiliated Consultant with The NCHERM Group since 2012. Prior experience includes roles at Santa Clara University from 2014 to October 2021, where duties encompassed Title IX coordination and affirmative action, and leadership positions at Vassar College from 1997 to 2012, including Associate Dean of the College. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Foundation Relations and Strategic Planning at Eye to Eye National from 2012 to 2014, and the Coordinator of Disability and Support Services at Smith College in 1996-1997. Guthrie holds a Master’s degree in Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming.
