Steven Merritt

Steven Merritt currently serves as the Director of Athletic Communications at Vassar College, having previously held roles including Interim Director and Assistant Director for Athletic Communications. Since December 2021, Steven has also been the Head Baseball Coach and Instructor for a 15u team at Hudson Valley Select Baseball. Prior experience includes coaching at Mount Saint Mary College, where Steven was an Assistant Softball Coach and held positions within the Sports Information Department. Additionally, Steven has experience as Head Baseball Coach for the Newburgh Knights, managing game schedules, recruiting, and maintaining fields. Steven graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
