Wesley Eugene Dixon

Wesley Eugene Dixon is an accomplished professional currently serving as Deputy to the President/Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Vassar College since October 2017, where contributions focus on organizational culture and the implementation of the Priorities and Planning Review. In addition, Wesley co-founded and directs Lead For Poughkeepsie, creating a citywide fellowship program in collaboration with Lead for America to engage recent college graduates in community development projects. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at the Yale Global Health Leadership Institute, facilitating the establishment of a country office in Ethiopia and leading international health care leadership programs. Wesley holds a degree from Yale University and graduated from American Heritage School.
