Kristen Wagner

Kristen Wagner has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Kristen is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Vast Bank, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Mabrey Bank as the Vice President and Team Recruiting Manager from March 2021 to May 2023. At Mabrey Bank, they were responsible for overseeing all talent acquisition functions and ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Before Mabrey Bank, Kristen held the role of Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition at SageNet from September 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's recruitment processes and collaborating with executives to understand business needs. Earlier in their career, Kristen held various roles at BOK Financial, including Vice President, Sr. Manager ACT Program, Vice President, Recruiting Manager, Vice President, Senior Recruiter, Assistant Vice President, Recruiter II, Officer, Recruiter I, Senior Recruiting Coordinator, and Trust Tax-Various Positions. Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in team management, employee experience, candidate sourcing, screening, and talent development.

Kristen Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to this, they attended Oklahoma State University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a BS degree in Business. In addition to their formal education, Kristen also has several certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Diversity Recruiter through AIRS powered by ADP. Two years later, in 2019, Kristen obtained a certification as a Certified Leadership Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Most recently, in June 2021, they completed Leader Effectiveness Training at Gordon Training International.
