Janine Cay

Janine Cay has experience in various roles in the engineering field. Janine started their career in 2013 as a Product and Configuration Engineer Intern at B/E Aerospace. In 2015, they moved to Shell as a Facilities Coordinator. In 2016, they joined San Miguel Corporation as an Electrical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for Short Circuit Calculation, Electrical, Lighting and Illumination Design calculation for Low Voltage Distribution Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm System Design, and Electrical Building Estimates needed for Bid evaluations. Janine also produced designs, drawings, and building models, performed Clash Detection, checked and provided drawings/plans meeting the standards of Philippine Electrical Code, IEC and NFPA 72, and assisted and mentored junior electrical design engineers. In 2019, they returned to Shell as a Process Data Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Vast Bridges as a Marketing Research Manager and SEO Link-Building Researcher.

Janine Cay has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Batangas State University, obtained between 2010 and 2015. Janine is also certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, as a Licensed Electrical Engineer and a Registered Master Electrician, both obtained in September 2015. Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained a Google Digital Workshop: The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage.
