Scott Howard

Scott Howard currently serves as Field CTO for the APJ region at VAST Data since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in solution architecture and systems engineering. Prior roles include Principal Solution Architect at Pure Storage and Global Systems Engineer at EMC, where advisory solutions were a primary focus. Scott's career spans positions at Silver Tail Systems, Proofpoint, Zscaler Inc., Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Macquarie Group, and Hunterlink, building a robust background in systems engineering and management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Newcastle, which was completed between 1992 and 1995.
