Adam Bleem

Adam Bleem is an experienced manufacturing and operations professional with a strong background in advanced manufacturing and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing at VAST since December 2023, Adam previously held the position of Operations Manager at Divergent from March to November 2023, where oversight of a team of 20 machinists and technicians was key in developing a capacity plan for OEM parts. Adam's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at SpaceX, where responsibilities encompassed managing a 20,000 sqft R&D machining facility, optimizing shop output, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency. Adam started in the industry with Painting By Paul as a drywall installer and finisher, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Notre Dame de Namur University.
