Andrew Irby

Andrew Irby has over nine years of experience in the aerospace industry. Andrew started their career at SpaceX in 2014 as a Life Support Systems Engineer, where they worked for four years before being promoted to Senior Life Support Systems Engineer. In 2020, they left SpaceX and joined Paragon Space Development Corporation as Program Deputy Chief Engineer. After two years in this role, they were promoted to Program Chief Engineer. Currently, they are working at VAST as a Principal ECLSS Engineer, starting in 2023.

Andrew Irby earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012. Andrew then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution in 2014.
