Denis P. Healy

Denis P. Healy is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in mission operations, flight operations, and project management within the space industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mission Operations Engineer at VAST since September 2023, Denis previously held positions at ABL Space Systems as a Flight Operations Engineer and at Terran Orbital Corporation as Mission Operations Manager, Flight Director, and Mission Operations Engineer. Denis contributed to the development of tracking methods for launch vehicle progress and led teams to ensure continuous mission operations. Earlier experience includes serving as the LEAPFROG Gen 1 Project Lead Engineer at USC Space Engineering Research Center and engaging in environmental testing for the DODONA 3U CubeSat at Information Sciences Institute. Denis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
