Shefali Khandhar Mody

Shefali Khandhar Mody, MSOD, has extensive experience in talent management and development. Shefali currently holds the position of Director of Talent Management & Development at VAST. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Development at iRhythm Technologies, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the Global Talent Development Strategy. Shefali also served as the Principal Learning & Development Leader at One Medical, overseeing the nationwide Talent Management and Development Strategy. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Kaiser Permanente, Slalom Consulting, Maine Pointe, and as an Independent Consultant, where they worked on various organizational improvement and change management projects. Shefali also has experience in the real estate industry, having served in leadership positions at First Team Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Shefali began their career as a Senior Management Consultant at Hanley Wood, specializing in financial feasibility modeling and market segmentation.

Shefali Khandhar Mody holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Land Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Shefali further pursued their education at Pepperdine University, where they completed a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Shefali has obtained various certifications, including Change Management for Projects, Building High-Performance Teams, Managing Organizational Change for Managers, Executive Coaching Certificate, Instructional Design, DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop, DDI Coaching Certificate, OKR Expert, MBTI Certified, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
