Tom Shelley

Tom Shelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as the VP of Private Crew Recruitment at VAST since May 2024, Tom previously held the position of President at Space Adventures from May 2006 to May 2024, where Space Adventures became renowned for sending private citizens to space. Prior to that, Tom was the VP of Marketing at BSI Management Systems from June 2001 to May 2006, overseeing marketing initiatives across North America for audit and training services while managing a team of up to six individuals. Tom holds a BSc in International Management with American Business Studies from The University of Manchester, earned between 1991 and 1995.
