Tansy Tong

Tansy Tong has worked in various roles in the HR and OD fields since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an HRBP for AMD's Semi-Custom BU and as the Learning & Development Head for AMD's R&D Center in GC. In 2015, they became the HR Director & HRBP Head for NewTong International. In 2016, they took on the role of Head of Organization Development & Leadership Development for Asia Pacific at HiSilicon. In 2019, they became a Senior Organization Development Expert-KungMao BG at Alipay. In 2020, they worked as an Independent OD Consultant for Accenture-China Organizational Development Catalyst. Most recently, in 2021, they became VP-HR&OD at TungFung.

Tansy Tong has a three-part education history. In 2020, they began studying for their Master's degree at GSU in the United States, majoring in Organizational Development. Tansy obtained their MBA from Tongji University in 2010, and their Bachelor's degree from Tianjin Foreign Studies University in 2004, where their major was English.
