Prathibha Sahu

Prathibha Sahu has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1999 and continuing to the present. Prathibha has held various roles in different companies, including Vaswani, where they worked as a Human Resources Director responsible for implementing processes like onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compensation structure. Prathibha also acted as a HR Business Advisor to the senior management and strategically sourced talent for the organization. Before joining Vaswani, Prathibha worked as a Human Resources Manager at VMware, where they played a key role in rolling out the Talent Refresh Program in SuccessFactors. Prior to that, they were a Manager in Human Resources at FocusFrame Inc, where they recruited technical staff and participated in the design and implementation of a new Performance Management Tool. Prathibha also worked as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Wipro Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services, where they spearheaded the recruitment process and managed various HR responsibilities. Prathibha began their career as a member of the People Function at Torry Harris Business Solutions and worked in human resources at CCE Software.

Prathibha Sahu holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource from Mount Carmel Institute of Management.
