Suman Menon

Suman Menon is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product and mechanical design, currently serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at VAT GROUP, focusing on product design for the vacuum industry since September 2025. Prior to this role, Suman worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at UWC Holdings Sdn Bhd from December 2021 to September 2025, developing cost-effective mechanical designs and detailed CAD models. Experience also includes a position as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Swiss Ranks, where Suman designed mechanical and electro-mechanical components, and an internship at B. Braun Medical, involving quality planning and jig design for quality testing. Suman began a career at First Solar as an Operator, managing machine setup for production cycles. Suman holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, completed in 2019.
