Pekka Passi

Pekka Passi has a diverse range of work experience in the energy industry. Pekka started their career as the Managing Director of Vatajankoski in 2019 and currently holds that position. In 2021, they became the Chairman of the Board for Vatajankoski Sähköverkko Oy. Pekka also served as a Board Member for Kanteleen Voima Oy and NordFuel Oy, where they were involved in the planning and development of a biorefinery in Haapavesi, Finland. In 2018, Pekka founded PP Advisory and served as the Owner and Managing Director. Pekka has also held positions as the Chairman of the Board for S2B Energia Oy, a service company in the energy sector, and as a Board Member for Suomen Voima. In addition, Pekka has worked as a Principal Consultant for VALOR Partners Oy and as a Board Advisor for Residentia Oy, a company specializing in energy optimization. Prior to these roles, Pekka was the Managing Director of Kotkan Energia Oy, where they were responsible for the strategic development and operations of the company. Pekka Passi completed their Master of Science (Economics) degree in Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they studied from 1996 to 2002.
