Gian-Luca Ivaldi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality management and business operations. Currently, Gian-Luca owns Bel Grano Focaccia, specializing in authentic Italian cuisine, and serves as an intervenant at ENSP Ecole Ducasse, focusing on sustainability in operations. Gian-Luca also teaches high school business courses at Vatel International Business School and previously held the position of Chief Executive Director at Italian Hospitality Collection.
