Taddéo Rolland is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Directeur Food & Beverage at Château de Bagnols since April 2024. Taddéo has been with ESF Courchevel 1850 since December 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Chargé de Développement at Julien Sebbag in two separate stints, and experience in various prestigious establishments such as Demi chef de rang at Lily of the Valley Hotel and Chef de rang at Tiara Hotels & Resorts. Taddéo's foundational experience includes a stage as Commis de salle at Hôtel Byblos Saint-Tropez. Taddéo holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Vatel France, completed in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
