Xun Cai

Xun Cai is a Senior Quantitative Researcher at Vatic Labs, specializing in high-frequency trading and generative artificial intelligence since January 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at MIT within the Advanced Televisions and Signal Processing Group from January 2011 to December 2016, as well as several internships at Google focused on non-parametric image filtering and video coding enhancements. Xun Cai holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, along with a Master’s degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China. Additionally, Xun completed a CSST at UCLA and has a minor in Mathematics from MIT.
