Andrew Hostetter

Andrew Hostetter currently serves as Vice President of Product Data & Analytics at Vatica Health, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of Vice President of Data Analytics & Risk Adjustment at Martin's Point Health Care from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading a department of thirty-eight, developing a strategic vision for Risk Adjustment, and implementing significant organizational changes that resulted in multi-million-dollar improvements. Andrew's earlier roles include Director of National Actuarial Risk Adjustment at Molina Healthcare and Director of Clinical Data Science and Risk Adjustment at Magellan Health, focusing on optimizing risk adjustment analytics for extensive Medicare and Medicaid populations. Andrew's career began at Senior Whole Health, where significant advances were made in revenue optimization through advanced analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Mathematics, Probability and Statistics from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor's in Management, Financial Systems from RPI Lally School of Management.
