Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Vatica Health since January 2021. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Business Leader at Milo Wifi from April 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included establishing a customer service and support department for a new consumer WiFi product and integrating eCommerce systems. From 1996 to March 2017, Scott worked at Convergys in various leadership roles, directing technology strategies for 130 contact centers with a global workforce of 135,000. Earlier in the career, Scott was involved in telecommunications management at CSX Technology from 1988 to 1996.
