Susan Holloway

Susan Holloway has extensive work experience in operational management and sales leadership roles. Susan served as a Senior Manager at Verizon Wireless, overseeing national call center operations and implementing process improvements. Susan also worked with Vatica Health as an Associate Director focused on driving growth, client engagement, and business compliance. Prior to that, they held various managerial positions at Verizon Wireless, where they led teams, developed innovative solutions, and achieved revenue increases through strategic initiatives. Holloway also had a long tenure at Blockbuster Video as a District Manager.

Susan Holloway completed their Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Education/Psychology at The University of Memphis from 1988 to 1995. Susan has also obtained additional certifications in Learning Salesforce from LinkedIn in 2019 and Lean Six Sigma Champion from Verizon in 2015.
