Ishan Koul has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Ishan began their career in 2009 as a Front Office Executive at Infosys, where they handled guest house bookings for employees. Ishan then moved on to the role of Business Centre Officer at Crowne Plaza Today, where they resolved guest grievances and registered guests.
In 2010, Ishan joined Newbridge Business Centres Pvt. Ltd as an Executive Client Servicing, providing administrative support and ensuring property maintenance. Ishan then transitioned to Crest Infratech Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager Sales, maintaining transaction records and coordinating with clients and developers.
In 2014, Ishan took on the role of Assistant Manager Demand at Oravel Stays Pvt. Ltd., where they analyzed and coordinated business segments, implemented new processes for guest satisfaction, and managed corporate client databases.
From 2015 to 2018, Ishan served as an Assistant Manager - Operations at Quest Offices Private Limited, overseeing operations for two centers and leading a team of 15+ members. Ishan provided administrative support to business units and ensured smooth functioning.
In 2018, Ishan joined Altrade Business Centre as an AGM Operations, overseeing operations until November 2019. Ishan then moved on to Vatika Business Centre as an Area Head of Operations, starting in November 2019.

Ishan Koul completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Travel, and Airlines from Punjab Technical University between the years 2006 and 2009. Ishan then pursued a postgraduate degree in Operation Management, specializing in Sales and Operations, from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2012 to 2015.
