Reshmi UL is the Vice President of People Experience and Operations at DIZITALPODS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD since September 2022. Prior to this role, Reshmi worked at Genpact for 19 years, where she served as Assistant Vice President. With a background in Human Resource management, Reshmi brings expertise in spearheading end-to-end People Life Cycle in organizations. Through her roles, she has focused on People Strategy, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Rewards & Recognition, as well as providing insights on Attrition, utilization, Compensation and Benefit planning, R&R, and Talent Mobilization. Reshmi holds a Executive Degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from DAVV University, Indore.
