Hinh Phouda

Hinh Phouda currently serves as the Unit Head of HR Operations at Vattanac Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hinh held multiple positions at ACLEDA Bank Plc., including HRD Supervisor, and HR Information Management Unit Manager from December 2005 to August 2017. Hinh also has extensive experience in various capacities at the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia, with roles such as Manager of the HR Development Unit and Manager of the Performance Management Unit. Key responsibilities throughout Hinh's career include developing job descriptions, career development policies, performance management systems, and compensation benefits policies, alongside managing HR-related projects and procedures. Hinh Phouda holds a Master's degree in finance from the National University of Management, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
