Gustav Sundvall

Gustav Sundvall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, having served as Director of Learning and Development at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of over 20 FTEs and overseeing budget and performance outcomes. Prior to this role, Gustav Sundvall worked as a Management Trainee and Executive Assistant at Vattenfall Eldistribution, coordinating schedules for multiple vice presidents and improving organizational development structures. As a Research Assistant at Uppsala University, Sundvall contributed to sustainability research, while also founding Gustav Hansson Consulting to offer communication services and promote sustainability practices in industry. Additional roles include working at Danske Bank in strategy development, serving on the board of Ung Företagsamhet to foster entrepreneurship, and coordinating high-level events at LKAB.
