Dennis de Leeuw

Dennis de Leeuw is an experienced strategic buyer and procurement manager with a focus on wind offshore projects at Vattenfall, where responsibilities include project procurement and EU tendering for various infrastructures and civil works since January 2011. Prior to this role, Dennis served as a category manager sourcing heat at Nuon and held positions in consultancy and procurement across several companies, including Yacht Procurement and Alstom. With a foundation in military service and a comprehensive education in procurement and supply chain management, Dennis possesses a strong expertise in sourcing and purchasing in both public and private sectors.
