Dr. Jens Dickmeis

Dr. Jens Dickmeis is a seasoned business development and project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Business Development Team Lead and Project Development Manager at Vattenfall since February 2023, Dr. Dickmeis previously held the position of Deputy Director - EMEA at AP-Networks, where expertise in data-driven consulting for capital projects in the oil and gas industry was demonstrated. From July 2015 to November 2018, Dr. Dickmeis led a cross-functional team at Yara International, managing projects focused on enhancing the reliability of ammonia plants. Academic credentials include a PhD in Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, where a successful research career in CO2 sequestration was complemented by teaching and funding acquisition efforts.
