Frida Monsén

Frida Monsén is a Global Head of Learning at Vattenfall, where they lead the strategy and portfolio for learning and development. With a background rooted in education, design, and coaching, Frida has held various leadership roles, including Chief Experience Officer at GWEN and Digital Development Leader at Fjällen för- och grundskola. They have co-authored two books on digital learning and are a recognized speaker on the future of learning and leadership. Frida has contributed significantly to the EdTech field through consulting and entrepreneurship, having co-founded Lightning Hunt, a gamified learning application.
