Jakub Karcz

Jakub Karcz has a robust background in IT leadership and development, currently serving as Team Manager at Vattenfall since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing web development teams for Asset IT solutions related to Wind, Heat, Hydro, Nuclear, and Distribution. Prior to this role, Jakub held the position of Team Manager in the Customer IT department, managing a team of 23 in web and mobile solution development. Jakub's earlier experience at Vattenfall IT Services Poland includes serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, coordinating projects with a small team, and working as an IT Architect for an Enterprise Content Management System. Jakub began the career as an Analyst-Programmer and IT Consultant. Jakub holds an MSc Eng degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Opolska.
