Jetske Zuidema

Jetske Zuidema has extensive experience in IT management and customer solutions, currently serving as the Director of Customer IT at Vattenfall since July 2010. In this role, Jetske leads the development of technology that enhances the customer experience through various software applications, including websites, billing systems, and customer data analytics. Previous positions at Vattenfall include Director of Happiness, Director of Agile IT, and Manager of Customer Solutions IT Projects, demonstrating a strong focus on regional and digital strategies across multiple countries. Jetske's career began as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from 1996 to 2000, following the attainment of a Master's degree in Chemistry from Utrecht University in 1996.
