Lauren Vaughan

Lauren Vaughan is an experienced Development Manager at Vaughan Constructions, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Lauren was involved with the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in June 2020 as part of the Development Facilitation team for Building Victoria’s Recovery Taskforce. From February 2017 to December 2019, Lauren served as an Assistant Development Manager at Mirvac. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Property from the University of Melbourne (2016-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Management from the same institution (2012-2014). Additionally, Lauren completed the Estate Agent's Licence - Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (2020-2021) and participated in Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2020.
