Andrew Vaughan

Andrew Vaughan has a diverse work experience in the finance and restructuring sector. Andrew started their career in 2010 as a Senior Associate at PwC, where they were involved in various financial and restructuring projects. In 2013, they joined Arc Devices as a Financial Controller. In 2014, they moved to EY, where they held roles as an Executive, Manager, and Corporate Restructuring Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Commercial Finance Director at Vaughan Engineering Group Ltd.

Andrew Vaughan completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University in 2010. In 2012, they obtained the Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In 2015, they pursued further education in insolvency by obtaining the CPCI from the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
