Nanda Gopal V has extensive experience in customer service and operations. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Manager of Operations at 247 Customer Pvt Ltd, where they provided technical support for a US client and customer support for a UK client. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Manager of Operations at Convergys Intelligent Contact, overseeing customer support on voice and email and ensuring adherence to performance metrics. From 2012 to 2015, Nanda Gopal V was the Head of Program for Customer Service at [24]7, where they planned and executed initiatives to support the organization's goals. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Head of Customer & Partner Service(Global Operations) at Ola, managing customer and partner support for India, ANZ, and the UK.
