Jess Phelan

Jessica Phelan is currently the President of Vault Communications, a full-service marketing communications consultancy based in Greater Philadelphia. Prior to their current role, Jessica held various positions at FCF Schmidt Public Relations from 2003 to 2008. Jessica graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science in 2003.
