Gürhan Alptekin

Gürhan Alptekin is an experienced professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as the Real Estate Development Manager at VavaCars since December 2021, focusing on leasing, design, construction, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Gürhan worked at FLORMAR as the Architectural Projects & Visual Merchandising Manager, overseeing projects for stores in Turkey and globally, including a new warehouse and participation in international fairs. Gürhan's experience includes significant positions at Gratis, IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT, KAYI CONSTRUCTION, and TEKYOL PLUS YAPI ENDUSTRISI A.S., where accomplishments include managing the opening of over 300 stores, leading tender processes for shopping malls and office buildings, and contributing to major infrastructure projects such as the Marmaray Project.
