Phil Custer

Phil Custer has extensive experience in the engineering field, holding various positions such as Vice President of Engineering at VAVCO LLC, President and Owner of Custer Services, Inc., and Chief Engineer at Cannon Boiler Works, Inc. Phil also served as an Engineer in the US Marine Corps with the rank of Captain. Phil holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from both the University of Pittsburgh and the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
