Joe Woodward

Joe Woodward has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Joe started their career as a National Account Manager and then joined Vax Ltd in 2010, where they served as a Senior National Account Manager and later became the Head of UK Sales. During their time at Vax Ltd, they achieved significant market share and improved profitability. Woodward then joined The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. as the National Accounts Controller, where they successfully developed the team and improved processes. Joe returned to Vax Ltd as a Channel Director to help strengthen their D2C business. Woodward's most recent role was as the Commercial Director at Vax Ltd, where they led and unified teams and delivered transformational growth. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Product Management EMEA at Vax Ltd, where they build global roadmaps and launches new products while reviewing processes cross-functionally.

Joe Woodward attended Leeds Beckett University from 1998 to 2001. Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Landscape Architecture, achieving a 2:1 classification.
