Phil Sampey

Phil Sampey is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Senior New Product Development Engineer at Vax Ltd since March 2024. Prior to this role, Phil worked at Haughton Design from July 2017 to March 2024, where contributions included roles as both Senior Design Development Engineer and Design Development Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at WITTENSTEIN United Kingdom from 2015 to 2017 and as a Design Analyst at Protolabs from 2013 to 2015. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from the University of Staffordshire (2009-2012), as well as A Levels from St Joseph’s Sixth Form College (2006-2009) and GCSEs from St Joseph’s College High School (2002-2006).
