Alex Langham

Alex Langham currently serves as the Senior Director of Partner Success at VaxCare, where oversight of daily operations and strategic growth initiatives for Partner Success functions is a key responsibility. Previously, Alex held various roles within VaxCare, including Manager of the Partner Success Team, where the development and scaling of a high-touch Customer Success model occurred. Starting as the first Partner Success Manager, Alex played a pivotal role in identifying necessary systems and processes to enhance partner outcomes. Early career experience includes roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where administrative support was provided to a top surgeon. Alex is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Valencia College.
