David Cason

David Cason has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. David started their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they worked as a Partner for two decades. After leaving Deloitte, Cason joined Hitachi Data Systems as a Manager - Inventory Accounting, a role they held for six years. David then worked as a Director of Accounting at Orchard Supply Hardware, where they were responsible for various accounting functions until the company closed down. Cason then moved on to SEPHORA as a Consultant before joining 23andMe as the Director of Accounting. Most recently, they have been working as the Executive Director of Finance at Vaxcyte.

David Cason obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley. David additionally obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Board of Accountancy in August 2000.
